• Handling all reservation inquires and bookings of hotel;
• Receiving incoming calls and replying online booking inquires of guests;
• Maintain effective communication between related departments and in-house guests;
• Handling reservation orders and inputting the bookings into reservation system;
• Preparing daily reservations report for department head

Requirements

• Diploma or above in hotel management or related discipline
• about 1- 2 years relevant experience in customer or telephone service 
• Good communications skills
• Under the government policy of quarantine hotel, our employee must have already vaccinated with two dose of COVID-19 vaccine. (For those who work in quarantine hotel will have special working incentives )
