Our client is one of the leading and sizable Food & Beverage Group in Hong Kong.    Due to the business need, they are inviting potential candidate to join R&M team as Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the administrative and R&M services team to deliver repair, maintenance & improvement services
• Ensure the compliance of the company policies and guidelines
• Manage good relationship with frontline operations and proactively support operations on their needs and requests in a professional manner
• Manage and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth operations
• Mange the performance of contractors to provide quality services
• Drive and implement initiative to improve and enhance the services effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years in facilities management (catering facilities management is preferred)
• Strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal, proactive, independent 
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
