Responsibilities:
- Assist Sous Chef in daily operation of the pastry production in central kitchen
- Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen
- Monitor the standard of food quality and quantity of the Company
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or with equivalent vocational training certificate
- 3-4 years of related experience in dessert or pastry production
- Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative, service-oriented and multi-tasking
- A good team player with good communication skills & positive attitude
- Good spoken English & Cantonese
