About Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel:
Hong Kong! We are excited to meet you. Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel - named the World's Best Pastry Chef of 2017 by the World's 50 Best awards, James Beard Award-winner, and creator of the Cronut ® among many other iconic pastries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sous Chef in daily operation of the pastry production in central kitchen
- Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen
- Monitor the standard of food quality and quantity of the Company
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or with equivalent vocational training certificate
- 3-4 years of related experience in dessert or pastry production
- Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative, service-oriented and multi-tasking
- A good team player with good communication skills & positive attitude
- Good spoken English & Cantonese
