Our client is inviting experience candidate to join as Senior Officer, Payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily off cycle of monthly CMs
  • Prepare Tax return for monthly CMs
  • Handle payroll enquiry, manage Casual Labor Management System (CLMS) implementation; administer weekly causal payroll and maintain accurate causal staff data and attendance record
  • Executor in over payment letter process and clear deposit
  • Executor on handling Tips (e.g. Tips input, prepare Tips report)
  • Responsible for account reconciliation report (e.g. Tips accrual, monthly accrual)
  • Responsible for net comparison report in normal & second payroll
  • Responsible for fiscal month end adjust report
  • Assist to handle invoice received for account payable
  • Assist to check accuracy of new vendor set up to make sure all information are correct

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 year working experience in handle payroll (both full time and casual labour)
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and regulations
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
