• Responsible for helpdesk and application support for offices and clinics
• Provide training and guidance to end users;
• Participate in project execution;
• Assist in Application deployment, roll-out and post go-live support;
• After office hour support;
• Documentation and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• Degree in Computer Studies or related discipline;
• 2 years relevant working experience in IT support
• Experience in MS SQL, stored-procedures, C#, python;
• Customer focus, good communication and problem-solving skill, self-initiative and responsible;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
