What you’ll be doing?

• Oversee the IT infrastructure support and operations for the business units
• To perform troubleshooting and IT problems solving
• Handle asset management, liaise with vendors in asset procurement and manage vendors for hardware / software acquisition
• Work closely with the internal key users and external vendors’ support team for the maintenance of ERP system and communicate with various parties at all levels to ensure a smooth running of the systems in daily operations
• Improve and enhance quality and efficiency of IT infrastructure, applications and system to optimize the performance and productivity on a continual basis
• Work closely with Group IT team in Shanghai to review current IT operation, streamline the workflow and procedures strategically, and resolve any IT problems arises in a timely manner

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant working experience with hands-on knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Router, Firewall, VPN and WAN / LAN
• Fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered
• Excellent interpersonal skill with all levels of people and communication skills to negotiate with service providers effectively
• Enthusiastic in technological advancement, customer-oriented, good problem solving skills and strong sense of self-discipline & responsibility
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• You will have an advantage if you are/ have
  • Immediately available 
  • Basic knowledge and concept of CISCO network
