The incumbent is responsible for the quality, purchase, installation and delivery of business systems, on schedule and within the prescribed resources limits and in accordance with the corporate standard. 

Responsibilities        

• Lead the development of regional applications.
• Manage the projects of applications rollout.
• Perform feasibility study, collect and analyze user requirements.
• Prepare systems documentation – feasibility study report, functional specification, system design specification, test plan, project plan, user’s guide, operation guide, …
• Liaise with PRADA resources and/or external resources to design, develop, test, implement, and enhance applications based on the system design specification.
• Perform hands on programming.
• Evaluate the suitability of application software and development tool for the deployment in the PRADA environment.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues independently or with PRADA resources and/or external vendors.
• Perform user application training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 7 years relevant Information Technology experience, preferably in retail industry
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Hands-on, all-rounded, energetic, highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
