Responsibilities

• Obtain good understanding and technical supporting of IT infrastructure, programs, networks and database security, address improvement and make recommendation of IT process 
• Formulate and implement policies, standards and guidelines for system and network management
• Work closely with vendors, business users as well as internal stakeholders and regional offices
• Plan and implement daily work schedules including report generation
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' of relevant experience in Information Technology industry, with at least 3 year of experience in IT project management
• Proven technical management experience of working and managing in IT Infrastructure environment and support the system
• Working experience in Azure/AWS Cloud Technologies
• Focus on stakeholder needs; ability to set expectations and understand end user behavior
• Excellent people management, communication and presentation skills
• Diploma or above in Computer Science / Technology System or related disciplines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience would be considered in a Manager position
