• Source and identify new tech products for the business,
• Drive B2B/B2C systems development and manage whole cycle from research to deployment
• Hands on experience in POS & CRM systems implementation
• Work with different head departments to make projects a success
• Keep application systems updated
• Good knowledge in Windows and infrastructure systems and work with consultant
• Manage procurement and carry out asset management for equipment being supported
• Work with consultants for software and hardware maintenances
• Prepare deliverables

• Bachelor Degree in Information System or other related disciplines
• 5 years' solid working experience in Information Technology
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Hands on experience with POS, CRM and infrastructure projects, experience in Tableau and Shopify are a plus
• Experience gained from retail industry with exposure in POS troubleshooting is highly preferred
• Proactive, independent, efficient, organized, self-motived team player who strives for excellence in his/her performance
