Responsibilities:

• Perform daily IT operation tasks, e.g. computer equipment installation, user account creation/deletion, problem handling, update IT inventory record, etc
• Work as a team member of IT helpdesk, provide IT support to end users across different countries in APAC region
• Manage IT projects, set up IT systems in offices and retail stores across Asia
• Coordinate with internal parties and external vendors during IT projects and daily IT operations
• Create IT tools training material to employees

Requirements:

• University graduate in computer related discipline
• 1 year or above experience in managing IT projects and providing IT support to end users
• Candidates with experience in supporting IT infrastructure in retail stores are preferable
• Good communication skill, business oriented, flexible and enthusiastic in achieving excellence
• Strong documentation skill
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as IT Officer
