Responsibilities: 

• Works in IT Team
• Involve transformation projects with an appropriate project governance framework, methods and best practices across the execution process
• Assist the Head of Project Management Office with the overall project success by independently driving the overall project end-to-end cycle, from approach to implementation.
• Work with the development team and external solution providers to assess project performance to maximize benefits, such as ROI, improve quality of service etc
• Establish clear accountabilities and authority for different project team members
• Monitor the project schedule, budget, scope, quality, risk, issues, teams, resource management
• Work closely with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project progress is on track.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and set up regular meetings with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent on the project status
• Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved
• Take up ad-hoc projects as stipulated by supervisor

Requirement: 

• Degree holder in information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
• 3+ years of solid experience in project management
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation and organization skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure
• Responsible, self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of projects
• Excellent communication skills with spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
