• Responsible for network development and plan in APAC;
• Design and evaluate technical solutions regarding network infrastructure;
• Formulate project schedule, perform equipment installation, system configurations as well as joint test;
• Undertake procurement and project budget management;
• Coordinate and liaise with SI vendors;
• Assure the project undertaking complied with the internal audit rules.

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related subjects;
• Over 2 years of project management experience in Telecom industry;
• Holder of PMP/CCNA/CCNP/JNCIS/JNCIP is definite advantage;
• Solid knowledge and experience in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS;
• Hands on experience in Cisco / Juniper / Huawei equipment;
• Familiar with large scale service provider network development, operation and maintenance, including transmission, IP data, Voice, IDC etc.;
• Good team player with self-initiative, highly motivated and resultoriented;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good problem solving, good project planning and management skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
