Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall planning, formulation, and execution of IT strategies
• Oversee the operations of IT Department and supervise IT staff
• Perform regular checks on network and data security
• Conduct IT infrastructure and system audits and recommend relevant strategies, policies, and procedures
• Lead and oversee all IT functions including applications development, network administration and maintenance, infrastructure, etc. to support the Group’s business needs
• Oversee and determine timeframes for IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
• Manage end-to-end development process for any new systems/applications or changes to existing systems
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides
• Plan, manage and report on the IT department's annual budget
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management teama

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in IT operations and supervising technology teams
• Proficient in system design, development, implementation, integration and user support principles and practices
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of OutSystems development tools will be an advantage
