Job Description:

• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Implementation of system management / monitoring configuration and procedures including backup / restore components; 
• Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
• Prepare and conduct system tests and user acceptance; and
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computing, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline is preferred
• 1-year related experience but Fresh Graduate are also welcomed
• Basic knowledge in installation, configuration and support of Linux or Windows servers
• Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
