Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and document business functional requirements and non-functional requirements
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver/implement the Software/System
• Prepare Test Plan / Test Script and Support User Acceptance Testing
• Review and analyze data to prepare Data Mappings and handle Data Migration/Integration
• Provide end user training and system go-live supports
• Conduct system integration testing and assist in customization development trouble-shooting
• Support daily data handling, regular report and ad-hoc request

• Degree Graduate in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Information System or equivalent majors
• At least 3+ years of hands on experience in system business analysis and project management
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience in collecting functional and non-functional requirements from various levels of users
• Knowledge on Confluence tools
• Effective negotiating, time-management and written & spoken communication skills in English with ability to present ideas in a professional manner
• Strong communication skill
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Creative, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Experience with system design and relational database design is preferable
• Experience with data migration/integration is preferable
