- Responsible for deployment, troubleshoot service for ClinicONE Clinic Management System
- Perform controlled inspection operations to ensure system performance & stability
- Improve system support response and resolution time to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work proactively with other service engineers and sales representatives to support key accounts and other customers as required
- Provide supports when ad hoc duties and projects assigned
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information System or related disciplines; (DSE graduates are welcome for junior post)
- 1+ years relevant working experience in related industries preferred
- Good command of both spoken & written English, Chinese
- Self-motivated and a fast learner
- Fresh Graduate will be considered
- Knowledge in handling computing software and hardware
- Knowledge in server and networking is an advantage
