Job Responsibilities:

• Work in a Platform and Tooling team to support the infrastructure, platform and tooling solution

• Support implementation of CMDB platform and maintain other IT infrastructure running on Redhat Linux/MS Windows, eg AD and ADFS etc.

• Perform regular system administration, performance monitoring, tuning as well as related problem trouble-shooting and enhancement

• Follow incident and problem management process including problem isolation, service resumption, diagnosis, root-cause analysis & reporting

• Coordinate with vendor on service delivery and implementation

• Maintain system support documentation

 Job Requirements:

• At least 1 years of working experience in system administration and technical support in MS Windows or Linux server platform.

• Experience in either one of the following technology is an added advantage: ServiceNow, AD, ADFS, M365

• Professional certificate holder is an added advantage i.e. MCSE, ITIL etc

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills

• Occasionally work on weekend and/or irregular working hours is required

• Higher Diploma or Degree in computer engineering, electronic engineering or relevant discipline

• More experience candidate will be considered as Senior System Engineer
