Job Description
- Actively participates in product development initiatives
- Provide technical support to users through phone-call, PC remote or on-site support
- Installation and configuration of network, hardware and software
- Maintain effective communication and good working relations with the Sales Manager and IT Manager, teammates to ensure smooth operations and synergies
- Regularly attending technical data presentations and meetings
- Candidate with more experience may be considered for managerial position
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate holder in Electronic Engineering or related Engineering discipline
- Good communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, IT network experience
- Interest in new technology
- Positive attitude
- Team player
