Scope of Duties: 

• Communicate and collaborate with business uses to understand business processes and system requirements
• Perform user requirement collection and system analysis. Ensure the system design reflects business requirements
• Conduct code development or code review, Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where necessary
• Coordinate with external technology vendors throughout the system development lifecycle
• Document project artifacts and deliverables, e.g. functional and technical specifications, test cases, and test results, where applicable
• Explore latest technologies and evaluate capabilities of new products and services where necessary. Liaises with service providers to select the products or services that best meet business goal

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Preferably with relevant experience in below areas:
  • Integration technologies and mechanisms such as API management and cloud computing. Experience in VB, SQL, Power BI, MS Azure, REST API will be an advantage. Able to apply different technologies and tools in various business scenarios
• End-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance will be a plus
• Proficient in Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc) and exposure to Microsoft 365 suite of apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with challenges and adapt quickly to ambiguity and changing priorities in fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese), and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Solution Analyst (Enterprise Solution)
