Responsibilities

• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
• Solid experience being an agile practitioner either as a product owner or as a scrum team member, with strong capability in structuring of requirements in the form of epics/user stories
• Experience developing business requirements
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• High level communication skills and be able to produce documentation to a high standard
• High attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with different teams and business stakeholders
• Highly prefer experience of good command of spoken and written English
• Cantonese speaking is preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects. Experience in Supply Chain industry is a plus
• Proven track record of building technical products, including data integration projects
• Tech savvy with good understanding of digital, technology terms and mechanisms to manage digital platform developments
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and/or experience with Jira, Confluence, GCP or Figma is a plus
• Strong team player, Self-motivated, enthusiastic and fast learner
• Appetite and desire to initiate change and execute strategy
• Cultivates a collaborative and cooperative attitude
• Experience in working with UX Designers, Product Owners and Development team(s).
