Job Description
Our client is a established Chinese investment bank, growing their technology department. They are now looking for a Mid level application support talent, who wants to further develop their career, to join the team.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support on the FICC and EQD systems to FO users
- Incident escalation and management
- Support related projects and manage change request collaborating with other internal stakeholders
What you'll need
- 5- 10 years of experience in application support within the FI industry
- Knowledge in Front Office system, financial product exposure in EQD or FICC
- Technical: SQL, shell script; OS Windows, LINUX
