Job Description
We are inviting high caliber candidate to join us as Customer Relationship Executive in our Customer Service Team to serve our existing customers. The right candidate needs to be customer-focused and be able to constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build solid relationships with customers.

Job responsibilities:
- handle customer queries via phone calls, emails and walk-in
- keep regular and close contact with clients via phone calls, mailing, face to face meetings and company events;
- proactively develop and execute ad hoc projects to further enhance relationship with existing customers;
- handle daily policies follow up with clients and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
- promote full range of financial services and provide after-sales service to clients
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin (spoken and written/typing)
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Good team player, can work independently, self-motivated, detail-minded
- University degree in any discipline, Insurance Studies and Qualification of IIQE Paper will be an advantage
- 5-day work with attractive remuneration and fringe benefits, plus extra production bonus
