Job Scope
You will be part of the Underwriting New Business team. Where you will be responsible for the New Business admin and data capturing while providing continuous support to our sales team.
The ideal candidate has the foundational understanding of insurance terminology, leverage on 1-2 years of solid experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to eventually cross over and become an Underwriter.
Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.

Requirements
- Perform new business administration work for the department including data capture, scanning, policy issuance and policy checking.
- Ensure the processes of New Business meet the agreed SLA and turn-around-times
- Prompt enquires handling with the sales team
- Assist the supervisor in monitoring the compliance of operations and regulatory guideline
- Ongoing update and review New Business operation's procedure manual and forms
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
- 2 years or above in life insurance business (mainly in operation areas)
- Secondary school graduated with pass in HKCEE / DSE or diploma in insurance studies
- Good knowledge of insurance industry
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Details and customer service oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
