• To achieve new business’ sales targets for direct/agent and brokers group products, spanning domestic (PMI) and International (IPMI) accounts
• To serve direct clients, agents/brokers and maintain good relationship with them with the aim to build up a strong customer base with direct clients, agents/brokers.
• To identify business opportunities and generate potential sales enquiries.
• To prepare proposals and presentation materials.
• To handle enquiries and complaints.
• To retain and negotiate renewal for multi-year contracts with direct customers and/or brokers in pursuit of the most favourable terms and profitability to the Company.
• To update management of the business status through sales reporting.
• To collect market intelligence on competitors’ activities including competitors’ products, pricing, catalogues, selling tactics, etc.
• To develop and review marketing materials, e.g., training materials, staff briefing materials, etc.

• Undergraduate degree in business or equivalent with 3 to 5 years or more related experience in the insurance field
• Possess valid general insurance licence
• Highest levels of integrity and trust
• Experience in selling both group PMI and IPMI products
• Good presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Customer focus and results-oriented
• Pro-active, mature, positive, and decisive
• Able to adapt to changes and work under pressure
• Able to enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Computer literacy in the use of MS Office
