Your new company
This leading life insurance firm is ranked among one of the top within the insurance sector. With consistent year over year growth and maintaining excellence within client satisfaction. There is currently a strategic initiative to develop their high performing agency staff, they are now seeking for an experienced Talent Development professional.

Your new role
You will oversee various aspects of MDRT development, promotion campaigns, incentive building and agency training within the organisation. You will assess current program needs, identify gaps and executive on developing a sector leading development program. Working closely with agency development, operations and agency promotions, you will ensure the successful develop of the distribution channel.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of working experience in Agency Management or Talent Development within an insurance organisation. You will be a driver of change and be capable of developing industry leading concepts and practices. Executive level communications in Cantonese and English will be necessary.
