Responsibilities

• Assist in the general insurance product development projects and participate in the product implementation;
• Supporting in product proposition, market research and competitiveness analysis;
• Assist in setting up the pricing models and ensuring accuracy and quality;
• Responsible for preparing policy drafts, product literatures, user requirement and perform UAT for system development;
• Collaborate with different business units and external business partners to achieve the business objectives;
• Preparing regular business reports and business analysis;
• Conduct training to frontline sales, intermediaries and underwriters to enhance their product knowledge;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalents Degree in a related discipline. Good progress in actuarial exam is an advantage;
• 3 to 4 years of product experience in GI/Health insurance industry, preferably with exposure to private banking business and marketing activities;
• Proficiency in Excel and computer programming, experience in R or SAS is a plus;
• Strong attentiveness to details and good communication skills;
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will consider as Assistant Manager.
