Job duties:

• Oversees all the customer facing aspects, and manages the digital team
• To come up with brand guidelines, sales & marketing strategies, e.g. offering purpose driven discounts to understand product elasticity
• Design and execute both online and offline user journey, identify areas for data extraction and analytics
• Identify and negotiate PR and marketing opportunities, setting clear objectives for each event, and evaluate effectiveness of the campaigns
• Develop, execute and optimise membership model
• Content creation, e.g. developing the No No List, explanation of the No No List, evaluate different products, through articles, talks, consultations, workshops 

Job Requirement:

• Relationship building - critical in our collaborative and cross-functional organization
• Presentation/ public speaking - you can rally people to your cause 
• A solution-focused strategic thinker, creative with an entrepreneurship spirit;
• Solid eCommerce & Digital Marketing experience with P&L ownership and business development track record;
• Experience in skincare, FMCG or consumer product sector;
• Good understanding of web technologies.
