Responsibilities:

• Support the overall licensing objectives, strategies and training for growth of the Company’s business strategy
• Build and leverage a network of connections in the academic and biotechnology to raise awareness of the Company’s partnering objectives and capabilities
• Work constructively with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, efficient decision-making, and completion of transactions in a timely manner
• Support the execution of product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business objectives
• Conduct research to gain better understanding of the latest market opportunities
• Respond to queries in supporting business development interactions

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Medical Sciences or related discipline ; PhD holder preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in pharmaceutical industry, especially in the position of pharmaceutical/biological development, business development, licensing, search and evaluation, strategy preferred
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in the collaborative work environment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
