The Management Trainee Programme
 

The Management Trainee Programme aims to offer young talents a promising career in “Operation Management" in catering.

Throughout the 9-month career development programme, our Management Trainees will have the opportunity to work in various operational departments while participating a series of on-the-job and classroom training. You will meet our people and professionals from different fields and learn all aspects of operations. At the end of the programme, our Management Trainees will deepen their understanding of our businesses and become well versed in people and project management for them to excel in the role as one of our next generation leaders.

Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Programme, our Management Trainees will be appointed Assistant Manager or equivalent position in one of the Operational Departments and will manage their own team to achieve the Company goals and objectives for the business success.

Job Requirements

•          2021 and 2022 Fresh Graduates
•          Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
•           A team player with strong leadership potential
•           An innovative mind and resilient attitude
