About this team
The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our components are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great products, but we also build great relationships.

 
A day in the life:

  • Support the team in managing production and shipment
  • Train the vendors on lululemon costing, production and logistics policies, processes and IT systems; roll out new processes and systems to assigned vendors as needed
  • Production – handle the buy confirmation and solve the daily production issuesShipment - manage the shipment booking and shipping process with Logistic partners and vendors
    • Analyze the capacity and work on the best delivery with vendors during the buy process
    • Manage production process, which includes T&A, WIP, PO change, WWMT etc
    • Prepare and review the Past Due Date and Delay Reason Code reports
    • Communicate delivery statuses and issues to appropriate SSC counterparts in a timely and concise manner
    • Support liability tracker validation/handling debit notes and credit notes
    • Suppose the team extracts and prepare the reports
    • Work closely with our Compliance and Quality teams to ensure that our social compliance and quality standards are adhered to and goals are met
    • Visit factories for production tracking
  • Shipment - manage the shipment booking and shipping process with Logistic partners and vendors

Qualifications:

  • Your ideal background: Bachelor’s degree, Textiles or related fields; 3+ years experience in a similar role within a production environment; strong knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery.
  • You can analyze workflow and can access bottlenecks; are fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
  • Strong IT skills are needed – you are an MS Excel guru! And you love working with a lot of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working on PLM and PO systems like Flex PLM and Tradestone.
