Job Description:

• Procurement of direct quality food, ingredient materials & packing materials to support the operation of Food Manufacturing
• Work closely with various departments, ensure smooth daily operation
• Source new and maintain existing suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate the best value price and terms
• Prepare ordering document and update purchasing record
• Review contract terms & conditions
• Goods receiving
• Prepare inventory and payment report

 Requirements:

• 3-5 years of working experience in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Responsible, well-organized, able to work independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Experience in SAP system is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
