Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with PRC plants, cross-functional project teams to plan, implement and manage the new product development program from initial stage to mass production stage;
• A natural leader with excellent communication and good customer-facing skills, constantly and proactively checking on teams required to contribute towards an on-schedule, within-budget and to-specifications delivery;
• Lead project team and be the primary contact to communicate with customers in providing timely responses, support, and services;
• Handle orders and related commercial issues with customers, including quotation and payment;
• Support business development and growth;
• Assist ad-hoc assignment and problem solving as required

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in OEM/ODM project management for electronic manufacturing industries;
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
• Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin;
• Literacy in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project;
• Willing frequently travel to our PRC plant after the pandemic
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Program Officer/Program Officer 
• Fresh graduate will be considered
