What You Will Achieve

• Work closely with global production team to develop and implement optimal, cost effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls; coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products
• Lead the daily factory operations including Production and Injection, SMT, Logistics, PMC etc.
• Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budget/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure
• Align with all stakeholders for a demand plan that drive production and supply plan
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
• Motivate, lead and resolve conflicts across functional resources to align with production goals and objectives
• Identify change management and new growth initiatives to support the CEO in formulating a strategic growth plan for the company, including the setting of KPI’s in relations to growth and profitability targets
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Streamline the manufacturing system, support to produce high quality product
• Maintain a safe, secure and clean working environment in the unit that could meet the company and customers regulations
• Lead ad-hoc projects as assigned

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or related discipline
• At least 10 years of solid experience in Electronic Manufacturing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is required to liaise with different stakeholders
• Experience in multi-factory and cross-country management will be an advantage
• Strategic leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills and analytic and problem-solving skills
• Stationed in PRC and business travels to overseas countries are necessary
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
