Job Description
Our client, a well-established pharmaceutical manufacture in Global Market with high quality in products and service is now looking for a high calibre candidate to join them. Good prospect will be available for suitable candidate:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Drug Regulatory submissions
- Coordinate and implement the registration process for the company products
- Prepare documents for tender submissions
- Coordinate with the intercompany departments, vendors and the Regulatory Manager
- Write and review regulatory submissions as needed
- Organize electronic database (electronic library) of Regulatory Documents & offline Library
- Support Regulatory Affairs Manager to evaluate & optimize Registration process
- Negotiate with local authorities and vendors on behalf of Company objectives
- Maintain Company’s Filing Systems and Document Management Systems
Requirements:
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or any other related disciplines
- Over 2 years of regulatory working experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry in Hong Kong
- Experience in negotiating with regulatory authorities would be an advantage
- Existing network of connections in local industry and statutory bodies would be an advantage
- Able to work with both internal and external customers from different levels
- With fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
