We are now recruiting a Project Executive (2-year Contract) to join our dynamic team. If you are a self-starter; a team player who would like to be involved in projects leading to positive social impact and working with communities, we would like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordination of international symposium (in-person or virtual) and community events
• Plan and organise conference sessions and community activities from concept to completion
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and interact professionally with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and interests
• Build effective relationships with supporting organisations
• Coordinate both internal and external meetings, prepare agenda and jot minutes
• Handle speakers’ invitations and provide travel and lodging support for overseas and local guests
• Perform ad hoc assignments and handle special projects as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• University Graduate, preferably with Degree in Social Science, Communication and Event Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, preferably with Communication or Event Management exposures
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Well-organized, multi-tasking, attention to details and meeting deadlines
• Good project management skills with proven abilities to prioritise and manage tasks independently
• Proficiency in Chinese word processing, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, website management
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Web CMS would be an advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Agency or NGO experience is a plus
