Job Duties

l   Developing strategic marketing plans, platform brand build and corporate image management to achieve business objectives by marketing research, budget planning, business trend and competitor analyzing.

l   Developing new video channel/platforms for brand building, e.g. facebook ,YouTube. Organize all production plan, idea, video shooting, script writing for video.

l   Support company on new product selection, launch & ad-Hoc promotions planning; prepare ALT & BLT materials to support campaigns, such as copy-writing, online & offline advertisement, SEO, SEM, SMS etc

l   Monitoring agency’s’ performances when running SEM, SEO, ORM ,FACEBOOK etc. campaign

l   Build-up good relations with KOLs, PR partners, Editors, and Bloggers.

l   Generating sales opportunities, by planning, developing & negotiating potential business deals related to online.

l   Able to be the Anchor of company video or live shooting.

l   Focus on SEO /content marketing development, keywords research and writing articles, hot topic video makes a good rank of google search engine.

Experience and Requirements:

l   Degree Holder in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.

l   At least 6 years of work experience in marketing or relevant fields. Experience in the service or Beauty industry is an advantage.

l   Experience in Google Analytics/ Google Ads/ Facebook Ads Manager tools

l   Sensitive to the market trend with strong online marketing sense

l   Live streaming / CRM experience is an advantage

l   Able to work independently and lead the team.

l   Good interpersonal and communication skills.

l   Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
