Job Description

Our client is a leading FMCG company with strong presence in APAC region. To cope with their expansion, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager. In this role, your main responsibility will be managing the assigned brands and category.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategy to drive brand awareness and achieve sales growth
Ensure brand integrity across all communication channels including mass media and product packaging
Responsible for the P&L through initiating the category strategy to achieve KPIs
Conduct business analysis on activities and market trend to initiate strategic activities to achieve company goals
Work closely with Trade Marketing and related team to drive sales through channel promotions and effective category management
Plan and execute new product launch
Ensure products meet regulatory compliance and standard
Review sales forecast for inventory planning and control

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field
8+ years of marketing experience in FMCG industry
Proven track record of all-round marketing experience, from planning, consumer
research, ATL production to campaigns execution
Solid experience in digital media and advertising is a plus
Independent, self-initiative and result-oriented
Excellent communicator in English and Chinese
