 Responsibilities:

• To assist Managers in the overall planning and execution of trade promotional events in Mainland China and Hong Kong
• To provide clerical and logistics support for organising trade promotional projects
• To handle enquiries from event and undertake on-site duties
• To assist in consolidating and updating project data and delegate informatio
• To liaise and maintain close contact with delegates and potential customers
• To perform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedules

 Requirements:

• University graduate with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in project management and event organising
• Proactive, self-initiated and very attentive to details
• Willingness to work long hours to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, creative, with team work spirits and can meet tight deadlines

 Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
