Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a key team player to provide logistics / administrative support and execution for marketing and corporate related events and activities;
• Support the initiation and implementation of publicity campaigns, such as roadshows, exhibitions, luncheons, dinner receptions, site visits, and ad hoc events, etc.;
• Assist in the production of promotional materials and website maintenance;
• Support team members on the coordination, management and delivery of fund raising programme as well as sourcing sponsorship opportunities;
• Conduct research, data analysis, regular reports for review and enhancement;
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Department Head

Requirements:

• Degree/associate degree in communications / translation / marketing or other related discipline;
• 2 years working experience in public relations, marketing or corporate communications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Chinese word processing, social media and website management
• Meticulous, proactive, flexible
• Good team player and with a "can-do" attitude;
• Comply with vaccine pass requirements and disease prevention measures of employer (get vaccinated)
