Responsibilities:

• Monitor company news, competitor’s news and the industry related news from regional and international media outlets;
• Prepare and translate PR materials (e.g. press release, company profile, brochures, website content, social media posts, etc.) ;
• Assist press release distribution, social media posting and other PR issues;
• Support the development of social content (e.g. visuals, videos, infographics, etc.)
• Support the arrangement of media interviews, press events and executive conferences;
• Maintain PR documents, e.g. media list and support PR events e.g. launch campaigns, press events, trade shows etc.;
• Provide ad hoc support to the team upon request.

Requirements:

• Year 3 or above undergraduate students, major in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines;
• Native English writing and editing skills would be an advantage;
• Ability on graphic design, editing photos and videos for social media post would be an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese; 
• A sharp sense of responsibility with the ability to manage priorities and deliverables whilst keeping a calm and affable demeanor;
• Mature, flexible, fast-paced and able to work independently;
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills;
•  Able to support at least 3 full days per week is highly preferred;
