Job Description

What You'll Do:
- Assist on defining & polishing requirements for all web & app related projects, enhancements and requests, with consideration on web & app user experience, business goal & and overall conversion. Ensure delivered projects are meeting user acceptance and digital performance standard.
- Proactively communicate with project requester, project manager, and stakeholders to analyze their business needs & objectives, validate project ideas and finalize detail requirements.
- Drive development projects and enhancements to improve web & app features and usability.
- Assist in conducting project UAT and project launch
What You Have:
- Degree holder with major in E-Commerce, Information System, Digital Media or related fields
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Familiar with online shopping platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office, flowchart maker
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
- Relevant working experience with PM, PMO is a plus
- Proactive with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst, Web & App Projects
