We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Marketing Campaign Lead to join our fun, professional and dedicated Marketing Department based here in Hong Kong. The Marketing Department drives the growth and marketing strategies at foodpanda HK, with the aim of painting the city pink and bringing foodpanda to be the no. 1 food and grocery delivery platform. Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Work directly with the Head of Food Marketing, with the opportunity to lead and initiate your own projects;
  • Oversee and drive overall branding and marketing KPIs with good budget management skills for effective media planning and spending efficiency;
  • Support Food Marketing team on various projects encompassing strategic planning, campaign execution and performance review of branding and growth campaigns to cater different business objectives and differentiation in the industry;
  • Work closely with different internal teams, creative and media agencies for leading on/offline marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to execution, measurement and optimisation;
  • Monitor all marketing channels including platform communication, paid media, social media, events and partnership for the best synergy and consistency; 
  • Ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally by outstanding organisational and project management skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing or Business Management preferred with at least 5 years managerial experience in brand management/consumer marketing;
  • Strong sense in commercial and data analysis with ability to drive results and ensure completion of tasks;
  • Willingness to be an independent worker and comfortable with frequent change in a fast-paced environment;
  • Highly organised and detailed-oriented with outstanding sense of accountability and responsibility;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage critical situations;
  • Passionate and organised team leader with a strong consumer and market-centric mindset and insight;
  • Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals and market penetration; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Cantonese.
