Acting as the Account Manager, you will take up a key role in developing a strong working relationship with clients. You will be responsible to manage day to day responses to ensure client satisfaction and work closely with internal team members to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.

With on-the-job training, you will be able to develop in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience on programmatic display, social advertising and other related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in media planning and client review call / meeting
• Lead internal team in monitoring project delivery and optimization 
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business objectives, work closely with clients to achieve the KPIs
• Involve in new project pitching by providing expertise in cross channel media mix

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years of solid experience in digital or media agency industry 
• Good project management and problem-solving skills, with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as a senior role
