Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and implement public relations initiatives and communication programmes
- Handle media enquiries, prepare press releases and maintain good relations with the media
- Manage customer complaints and inquiries to optimize and safeguard the company image
- Plan and execute internal programmes to enhance service standard and promote excellent customer service
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in public relations or corporate communications
- Experience in handing customer complaints and property management industry a definite advantage
- Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Mature, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
- Good command of both English and Chinese
