Job description:

• Work in a team from planning to execution of a large scale corporate event
•  Liaison and coordination via email and phone with sponsors and supporting organisations throughout the event
• Conference delegates registration monitoring and management; enquiries handling
• Liaison with external vendors to ensure services are delivered as agreed and expectations are met
• Event website content management
• Support event marketing materials and activities
• Onsite event and logistics management
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relation and other related fields
• At least 1 year work experience in event organisation and management
• Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn; ability to multi-task and complete several assignments with tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) application
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
