Responsibilities:

• Drive digital marketing innovation with external partners to accelerate new customer acquisition, lapsed customer reactivation, demand generation and customer engagement programs
• Drive growth through continual optimization of digital channels, content and targeting for China
• Collaborates with internal teams to align, develop, execute and manage consumer marketing strategies and activities across owned channels effectively
• Uses customer, channel, and campaign performance data for learnings and insights, and proposes new ideas to achieve long- and short-term business goal 
• Regular competitor monitoring and reporting of digital activity
• Other ad hoc duties as required by the management

Requirements:

• An innovative and digital-savvy marketer, 5 years in Digital marketing or E-commerce fields
• Hands-on skills in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, eCommerce marketing, lead generation and social media
• Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, performance-based marketing and also the technical infrastructure of digital advertising spaces in China
• Proven track record in driving business growth (conversation & retention)
• Entrepreneurial minded, able to articulate new ideas and influence others to gain support
• Strong learning agility, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments, able to keep complicated projects moving forward
• Self-starter, creative and analytical problem-solver with attention to details, and possesses a strong sense of accountability to deliver results
• Good command of written & spoken English/Chinese
• Comfortable with advanced Google Sheets/ Excel, data dashboards and capable of data mining to perform analysis to develop/enhance digital marketing program
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Digital Marketing Officer
