Head of Growth (AVP Level)

Loyalty, Digital and Analytics (LDA) is the digital venture arm under HKT. We build the business based on the loyalty program (i.e., The Club) and big monetizable data from HKT.

Our team is growing! LDA is now looking for a Head of Growth to work with our Digital teams. You will be the strategic leader who demonstrates the business acumen, growth mindset, and high-level entrepreneurial savvy to build and accelerate the growth loops from acquisition, and retention to monetization.

As the Head of Growth in LDA, no one day is exactly the same. Your typical day could be a combination of the followings:

  • Manage digital performance of multi-channel across the customer lifecycle, including but not limited to paid marketing, SEM, programmatic display, SEO, ASO, content marketing, CRO, affiliate marketing and email marketing automation
  • Build and develop the growth models using organic and paid growth loops to scale our business, from concept to completion, report and calculate the success metrics (e.g. ROI, CPL, ROAS) and make recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate growth performance and digital metrics to executive leadership to promote a shared understanding of digital performance strategy, identify the trends, key performance drivers and actionable insights
  • Develop our lifecycle marketing communications based on the engagement and retention strategy, including building-out communication and touchpoints across owned channels (email, push notification, SMS,MMS, etc) and work closely with digital teams on marketing automation platform
  • Design, develop and execute experiments to test the growth framework through end-to-end concept, analysis and pilot testing for commercialization
  • Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of our members to identify personalization opportunities to accelerate acquisition, engagement and monetization, and partner with a cross-functional team for optimization and execution

What you need to have as the essentials:

  • At least 8 years of experience in digital, growth, digital marketing, related role or in startup space
  • A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions
  • Strong analytical skills and skilled at optimization to transform data into actionable insights, including A/B testing, digital metrics and ROI
  • Expertise in digital strategies, user experience, digital marketing and business development
  • Experience with multiple marketing functions such as brand and partnership, to connect the dots between programs to create full-funnel marketing campaigns based on multi-touch attribution and media mix models
  • Passionate and experience in Marketing tech and various growth-hacking tools. You keep up to date with the industry, its latest trends and platforms
  • Experience in using Magento, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS).
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and inspire teams with various levels of expertise and experience
  • Proactive self-starter, high agility, results-driven, growth mindset to executing fast to match the competitive environment
  • Curious, innovative and confident in your abilities to drive change
