- European listed multinational company
- FMCG brand owner in lifestyle home decorative products
- We are looking for DEMAND PLANNING MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Asia Pacific General Manager
- Work independently for demand planning of Hong Kong market
- Translate the Sales and Marketing plans into a Sales Demand Plan in the forecasting system
- Build monthly forecast using statistical tool and additional market information
- Responsible for master data required to perform statistical forecasting (e.g. corrected history)
- Look for choosing the most adapted forecasting model per product group and customer group
- Responsible for making sure that all sales area managers and account managers enrich the forecast in time
- Refine forecast based on latest information on a day to day basis
- Identify gaps between target and unconstrained demand plan
- Support the improvement of the forecasting system
- Ensure forecasts uploaded to enable MRP to execute well and correctly.
- Initiate, develop and lead projects to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure creation of high quality demand plans and ensure adequate forecasting accuracy
- Prepare and place purchase order to suppliers after review of demand forecast and input from sales team and follow up the purchase order/shipment with supplier
- Degree holder preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience in Demand Planning / Demand Management Analysis
- Experience in brand owners is a plus
- Experience in MNC is a plus
- Good communications in English & Mandarin
- Familiar with ERP systems : SAP, Excel, MS Powerpoint ...etc
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 15 days
- Medical benefit
- Employer additional 5% MPF contribution
- Less experience will be considered as Demand Planning Analyst
