Responsibilities:

• Initiate, develop and implement assigned digital marketing campaigns and related projects.
• Knowledge in SEO optimization. Create, monitor and maintain SEM campaigns. Code development framework knowledge is a plus.
• Involve in daily operation and maintenance of SEM.
• Identify KPIs.
• Conduct regular reports on SEM.
• Looking for marketing insight and making suggestions.
• Assist in planning and rolling out of online marketing campaigns and help prepare posts for social media.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/Communications/e-Commerce/Multi-media or related disciplines.
• Possess a Google Adwords certification is a must.
• 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, specially in handling SEM & SEO.
• Experience in digital agency and China digital marketing (wechat / Bytedance / RED, Xiaohongshu) is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin.
• Passionate in digital marketing and social media, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant Performance Marketing Specialist.
