Hong Kong Social Enterprise Summit

We are now recruiting a Senior Project Executive (6 months contract) to join our dynamic team. If you are a self-starter; team player who would like to be involved in projects leading to positive social impact and working with communities, we would like to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordination of international symposium (in-person or virtual) and community events
• Good project management skills with a proven ability to prioritise and manage tasks independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Liaise with vendors and production teams for event preparation and timely delivery of agreed parameters
• Handle speakers’ invitation and provide travel and lodging support for overseas and local guests
• Prepare project-related publications including the information brochures, presentation materials and publicity materials etc.
• Prepare project evaluation and reports
• Team player with positive mindset and good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Perform ad hoc assignments and handle special projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• University Graduate, preferably with Degree in Marketing, Communication and Event Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experiences, preferably with Event Management exposures
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Well-organized, multi-tasking, attention to details and meeting deadlines
• Ability to develop creative, compelling, and strategically sound marketing content for acquisition
• Good project management skills with proven abilities to prioritise and manage tasks independently
• Proficiency in Chinese word processing, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web-site management
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver would be an advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Agency, media or NGO experience is a plus
